Terms and Conditions

• Location: Check in Haiku, North Shore, Maui

• Closed toed shoes are required. Light jackets are suggested. No loose scarves or clothing is permitted on any zip lines.
• Maximum weight for participation is 275 lbs.
• Children must be at least 5 years old and weigh a minimum of 40 lbs.
• The tour takes approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on size of group, plus 30 minutes for check in
• No expecting mothers
• No persons with back, neck problems, or recent surgeries. If you have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by this activity, email info@hiaac.com for medical consideration before booking.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Any reservations cancelled inside of 48 hours from the scheduled tour departure are non-refundable. You agree to this policy by creating a reservation.
