Important Terms & Conditions

• Tour Rules:
• Only cell phones are allowed on board (no other camera devices).
• Air Maui provides a lanyard case for cell phones, attached to passengers during the flight.
• Children must be at least 10 years old; anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Guests in the edge seat must be 16 years or older.
• No hats, bags, or loose items allowed on board.
• Closed-toed shoes required (no flip-flops or sandals).
• Long hair must be tied up at all times.
• A jacket will be provided by Air Maui, and all passengers are required to wear it during the flight.
• Cancellation Policy:
• No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours of the flight time.
• For groups of 12 or more, 7 days' notice is required.
• Flight Details:
• Routes and sights may vary due to weather conditions.
• Check-in is required 30 minutes prior to flight time.
• Front seats are subject to availability and can only be sold as a pair (2 seats).
• Comfort Seat Charges:
• Applies to:
• Individual passengers weighing 230 lbs or more.
• Two passengers with a combined weight of 400 lbs or more.
• Groups of 3 or more with an average weight of 190 lbs or more.
• Any passenger over 250 lbs must purchase a comfort seat, especially on doors-off flights.
• Shared Cabins: Passengers may be grouped together for the flight. Maximum 6 passengers per flight.

Front Seat Availability

Front Seats: Only two (2) front seats are available per flight.

Both passengers must weigh a combined total of 380 lbs or less to pre-purchase the front seats.

Additional Information

Passenger names and weights are required to assign time slots for balancing the helicopter.
